Montvale Hotel (Adults Only) Spokane

Everything is very clean here, had a wonderful stay at this updated vintage hotel in the Arts District. The units are airy, functional on the top floor. It has decent, ideal setting, so close to all downtown shops and restaurants, Centennial Trail and the river and the many attractions located there.

Everything was very clean here, and the views were pleasant. I enjoyed the room and its beautiful decor. It was contemporary and had nice beds.

Beautifully restored, reasonably priced with a beautiful lobby. Perfect location, at a walking distance from celebrated waterfalls. 20 minutes drive to airport.

Location and amenities here were great. I loved having an iron, an electronic key card and a multi-channel TV. The restaurant was good and its light dishes are to die for.

Awesome staff and rooms, I thoroughly enjoyed its essentials. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Unique interior, good restaurant. There were free internet and easy to access parking available.

I loved the hotel - marvelous location and especially nice staff. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. The beds were extra comfy, I slept well. There was a unique restaurant with wonderful meals.

Convenient base for exploring Spokane. We liked the CORDIAL atmosphere of the hotel. It has good sized rooms.

Upper Falls Reservoir is very close to the hotel. I love eating outside and there's Brooklyn Deli, set minutes away from the venue. Also, the hotel's private parking was useful.

The hotel is located on an noisy street so be ready.

Good ambiance, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved that they had onsite restaurant The Gilded Unicorn, no need to go somewhere else. Furthermore, I could use free Wi Fi.

For dinner we chose Sapphire Lounge, that was 600 metres from the hotel. We liked location and rooms here. It is so close to the airport...

Choosing for lunch The Old Spaghetti Factory, which is situated 300 metres away was a good idea. View of the street. Stay there and enjoy your Spokane holiday

Cannot find any fault.

Greatly enjoyed the central neighborhood. The hotel was spotless. Location near many tourist attractions, including riverfront park that is set 15 mins on foot.
